Kraut And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 smoked sausage (about 12 inches long)
    1 small can kraut
Preparation
    Cut sausage into 2-inch lengths and butterfly each piece.
    Put cut edge down in heavy frying pan and cook over low heat until nicely browned.
    Add kraut and simmer about 10 minutes.
