"Crock-Pot Supper"(Smothered Round Steak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut in strips
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 large green peppers, sliced
    1 pt. tomatoes, sliced
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 box frozen green beans (French-style)
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Place 1/4 cup flour and seasonings in bottom of pot.
    Stir meat into pot.
    Layer onion, green pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms. Add soy sauce and molasses.
    Cook 8 to 10 hours on low.
    Put green beans on top.
    Do not stir.
    Thicken to taste.
    Serve over rice.
