Angel Food Jello Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake, already baked
    2 family size pkg. strawberry sugar-free Jell-O
    6 c. boiling water
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened strawberries
Preparation
    Take strawberries out of freezer and leave on counter to thaw. Dissolve Jell-O in water in large mixer bowl.
    Mix on medium speed for about 5 minutes (until foamy).
    Spoon strawberries into slightly thickened Jell-O.
    Pour strawberry/Jell-O mixture onto cake.
    Let it set in refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours, then serve.
