Chocolate-Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 c. grated zucchini
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat eggs, oil and sugar in bowl until light.
Stir in zucchini and cooled chocolate.
Mix in combined dry ingredients until moistened.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
