Fried Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

peaches
sugar
1/2 c. oil
pie shell
Preparation
-
Boil peaches until tender.
Drain, mash with fork and sweeten to taste.
Put on half of a pie shell, put other half of pie shell down over peaches.
Use prongs of wet fork to seal crust.
Fry in oil, turn over and fry other side until done.
