Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Combine cooked rice with milk, butter, salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla and raisins. Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Cover baking dish with foil.
    Place on rack or metal trivet in slow cooking pot.
    Add 1 cup water to pot.
    Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
