Swedish Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Place in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Place casserole in a pan of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until a silver knife inserted off center comes out clean.
