Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium peeled and drained potatoes
    1 8 oz. cream cheese
    1 9 oz. carton sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped cheese
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes 30 minutes until tender. Drain and mash. Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Add potatoes and the rest of ingredients. Put in 2 quart casserole dish greased. Refrigerate overnight. Take out 15 minutes before baking; uncover and put paprika over top. Bake 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
