Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs, beaten
2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 can large evaporated milk
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Have pie crust ready.
Makes a 9-inch pie.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; then lower heat to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
