Pumpkin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. canned or fresh pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, milk, cinnamon and salt.
Mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Top with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Chill and serve with whipped cream.
