Zingy Pesto For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh chopped cilantro sprigs
    2 tsp. fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 fresh lemon squeezed
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. fish
Preparation
    In a bowl, place chopped cilantro, white pepper, salt, fresh garlic, lemon and lime juice.
    Add olive oil to ingredients.
    Stir until all ingredients are combined.
    Brush onto fish of your choice.
    Place in refrigerator for an hour covered or until ready to grill or bake.
    Grilling time 15 to 20 minutes depending on thickness of fish or bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes, as desired.
