Salmon Loaf Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    3/4 c. cold milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Drain, debone and flake salmon.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, until top is golden brown and the loaf is firm, yet moist and tender.
