Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. rice
    2 c. kidney beans
    1 medium size onion
Preparation
    Slice onion in bottom of casserole dish, then a thin layer of sliced potatoes.
    Season layers as you go.
    Sprinkle 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger on top of this, then tomatoes, rice and kidney beans. Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with aluminum foil when you bake.
