Baked Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 c. Minute rice (raw)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef until crumbly in fat.
    Add remaining ingredients rinsing cans with the 1 1/2 cups water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then cover with chow mein noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
