Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper
    2 potatoes (medium size)
    1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 1/3 c. water or milk
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes thin.
    Slice onion.
    Put half of the potatoes and onion into a greased baking dish or casserole; salt and pepper to taste.
    Brown pork chops in frying pan.
    Put on top of potatoes and cover with remaining potatoes and onion.
    Salt and pepper.
    Using drippings left in the frying pan, add flour, bouillon cube, water and season.
    Let come to a boil, then pour over pork chops and potatoes; cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
