Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, crushed with press
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 cans (16 to 19 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
    Lime wedge
Preparation
    In 3 qt. sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin and crushed red pepper; cook 30 seconds. Stir in beans, broth and 2 cups water; heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
