Hot Vidalia Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped Vidalia onions
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. mayo
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Stir together the chopped onions, shredded sharp cheese and the mayo.
Pour into an ungreased quiche pan or comparable Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
Place a triple layer of paper towels across the top of the dish to absorb any oil that surfaces.
Serve hot with crostini, Italian toast or a favorite savory cracker.
Provides 18 light servings or 10 generous servings.
