Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 to 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put nuts and coconut in pan. Prepare cake mix by using oil, water and eggs.
Pour mixture over nuts and coconut.
Beat sugar, margarine and cream cheese well. Pour over cake.
Smooth as evenly as possible.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
