Unusual Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. precooked rice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    3 medium squash (yellow or zucchini)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic; drain.
    Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer 7 to 10 minutes.
    Chop or slice squash, boil about 5 minutes.
    Add 1 cup Cheddar cheese to meat mixture and place half in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
    Add squash, sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese, remaining meat mixture, sour cream and remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
