Coconut Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. rice flour
    1/2 c. fine coconut meal
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil 1 cup water.
    Blend other ingredients with remaining water.
    Add
    mixture
    to
    boiling water.
    Stir-cook until thick. Chill.
    Whip
    again in blender for a smoother texture. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
