Yummy Texas Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns (or peel and shred 4-5 large potatoes)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small container sour cream
    1 cup chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine (melted)
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled (approximately 2 cups)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients in large mixing bowl and pour into 9 x 13 inch buttered pan.
    Top with Ritz crackers.
    Pour melted margarine over crumbs.
    Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes until golden and bubbly.
