Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Add boiling water gradually, stirring until mixture is smooth.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes until sauce is clear.
Remove from heat. Beat in lemon rind, lemon juice and butter.
