Chicken Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 glove garlic
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot
    2 (13 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken slices
    4 oz. spinach
    1/2 tsp. fresh basil
    2 lb. linguini
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    In a skillet, over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in butter (about 5 minutes).
    Stir in chicken.
    Saute for 15 minutes. Add cornstarch, broth, basil and spinach.
    Bring to a boil and then simmer on low for 30 minutes.
