Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon jello
2 c. cracker crumbs, with 1/2 stick butter
1 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 large can milk, chilled
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
Mix jello in boiling water.
Add pineapple.
Combine the two.
Whip milk until holds peak and fold in mixture.
Cover bottom of large pan with crumbs and pour mixture over crumbs.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Chill several hours.
