Carrot Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 large jar strained baby food carrots (7 1/2 oz.)
Preparation

Beat the white sugar, oil and eggs until lemon colored.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Put in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
