Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    spaghetti sauce, meatless
    Italian seasoning
    basil
    1 box manicotti
    18 oz. cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
    small amount of Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese together. Stiff raw manicotti with this mixture.
    Fill bottom of pan with sauce which consists of the spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning and basil.
    Line pan with noodles and cover with sauce. Cover pan with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for approximately 2 hours.
