Slow Cooker Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    2 lb. process American cheese, cubed
    2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain. Transfer to a 5-quart slow cooker. Add cheese and tomatoes. Mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 3 quarts.
