Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 lemon (juice)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    white pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cut each breast in half again.
    Mix sour cream, lemon juice, white pepper and garlic.
    Add chicken.
    Marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
    Roll in crushed crackers.
    Put on cookie sheet and brush with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
