Ginger Peach Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O peach flavor gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (7 oz.) bottle ginger ale
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and diced
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add ginger ale.
    Chill until thickened.
    Fold in peaches.
    Spoon into individual molds, serving bowl or individual dessert dishes.
    Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
    Makes 5 servings.
