Ingredients

1/2 c. golden raisins
1 tsp. rum extract (optional)
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. margarine
1 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 jar Marshmallow Creme (7 1/2 to 10 oz.)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Drizzle rum extract over raisins; cover and let stand several hours or overnight.
Cook together sugars, margarine and milk until soft ball stage (238\u00b0).
Remove from heat and stir in chips and Marshmallow Creme until melted and blended.
Add raisins, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into buttered pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
