Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

bread pieces
1 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1/4 c. mini marshmallows
2 eggs
Preparation

Put a layer of broken bread pieces in bottom of large baking dish and sprinkle with half of sugar and oleo, which has been cut into pieces. Next, layer with marshmallows, coconut and raisins. Repeat bread, sugar and oleo layer. Beat eggs in 1/2 cup milk. Pour over mixture. Pour remaining 2 cups milk over all and press bread down to absorb the milk. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until light brown.
