Crock-Pot Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    4 oz. sliced Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease crock-pot with 2 tablespoons shortening.
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Combine with evaporated milk, milk, eggs, shredded cheeses, margarine, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into greased crock-pot.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cook, covered, on low for 3 to 4 hours.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
