5 large eggs
1/4 c. light cream
1 Tbsp. honey
8 thick slices French bread, with crust
3 Tbsp. butter
strawberry jam
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200\u00b0.
Beat eggs with cream and honey in large bowl.
Dip 4 slices of bread into mixture to coat thoroughly; transfer to plate.
