Marinated Carrots - Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook carrots for 20 minutes; drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Cut carrots and mix all. Best served at room temperature. Travels well to picnics, etc.
