Tossed Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low calorie Italian dressing
2 1/4 c. hot potatoes, cubed
1 small cucumber, sliced
4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. dill weed
3 c. torn lettuce
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Pour dressing over potatoes. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and lightly mix together. Serves 8. Contains 75 calories.
