Fried Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. lemon juice
1 stick butter (frozen)
3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
chicken breasts, deboned, skinned and flattened
Preparation

Brush each breast with lemon juice.
Put 3/4-inch cube butter on each piece.
Sprinkle with onion.
Fold and fasten with toothpicks.
Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
Mix egg and milk and roll pieces in it.
Dip in cracker crumbs.
Chill 1 hour.
Cook in butter.
Cook first side 10 to 12 minutes, second side 5 to 7 minutes.
