Two Layer Cheese Cake(Low-Fat Version) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    1 (12 oz.) container soft cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg with electric mixer until smooth.
    Pour in crust and bake 25 minutes.
    Blend sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla, pour over first layer and return to the oven.
    Bake another 15 minutes. Chill and serve.
