Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 large onions, sliced
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Flour and salt pork chops.
    Place a small amount of shortening in a skillet and fry pork chops until brown.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over browned pork chops.
    Cook at 260\u00b0 to 280\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    It may be necessary to add water to mixture while it is simmering.
