Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs; beat.
Sift flour, salt, soda, baking powder and spices; add to creamed mixture (will be quite stiff).
Add apples and nuts.
Mix by hand.
Bake in rectangular pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
