Grandma'S Sour Cream Raisin Pie(Makes Two 8-Inch Or 9-Inch Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. box raisins
    2/3 c. sugar
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. margarine
    touch of vanilla
    unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook raisins in a small amount of water until plump.
    Drain off liquid. Stir together the raisins, sugar, sour cream, beaten eggs, vanilla and margarine.
    Pour into two unbaked pie crusts.
    Cover with top crusts and crimp edges.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until crusts are brown.
