Biscuit Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 homemade biscuits or 2 c. sliced old bread
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 3/4 to 2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg in bowl.
    Add milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Grease casserole bowl or spray with Pam.
    Crumble biscuits (these work best) or bread into milk mixture.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until tester comes clean.
    Serves 3 or 4.
