Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Thaw spinach. Make a white sauce. Melt butter. Blend in flour to make a smooth paste. Then stir in milk gradually, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and smooth. Add well-beaten eggs, spinach, sugar, salt and pepper. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 8.
