Soy-Glazed Chicken(Low Calorie - 275 Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple in own juices
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryers, quartered
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Drain pineapple and reserve 1/4 cup juice.
    Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, onion, ginger and garlic powder together in a roasting pan.
    Add chicken and coat well. Arrange chicken in roaster with skin side up.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender, basting with juices occasionally.
    Add pineapple and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serves 8.
