Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup milk
    1 cup crushed crackers, about 22
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, and 2/3 cup crushed crackers, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in corn, onion and pimentos. Toss butter with remaining crackers and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered for one hour at 350\u00b0.
