Glorified Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
1 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Crumble hash in casserole or 9 x 9-inch pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until custard is set.
Partially cool.
Serves 6.
