Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    With fork, mix together flour, salt, shortening and vinegar. In separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.
    Combine the two mixtures, stirring with fork until blended.
    Chill for at least 15 minutes.
    Makes about 5 single crusts.
