Green Beans And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion
    1/2 lb. green beans, cut into 1-inch strips
    2 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Heat butter in saucepan with tight lid.
    Cook onion until soft.
    Stir in beans; mix well.
    Place sliced potatoes over beans. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until beans and potatoes are tender.
    If extra moisture is needed, add hot water, one tablespoon at a time.
