Cabbage Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 (15 oz.) can meatless spaghetti sauce
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions.
    Arrange cabbage on top of meat mixture.
    Blend spaghetti sauce and garlic salt; pour over cabbage.
    Cover tightly; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover for a few minutes to melt cheese.
    Serve over beds of fluffy rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
