Double Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 long baking potatoes
    1 pkg. 3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. grated onion
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. canned milk
Preparation
    Wash and bake potatoes in a 425\u00b0 oven until done.
    Split top and scoop out and place in large mixing bowl.
    Mash and add other ingredients and beat until fluffy.
    Pile in shells and refrigerate until ready to bake.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
