Quick And Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. flour
soft butter
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir to dissolve.
Add sugar, oil, salt and egg.
Stir to dissolve sugar and salt.
Stir in 1 cup flour until smooth.
Cover bowl and place over pan of warm water for 15 minutes.
Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Stir down batter and add 1 1/2 cups flour.
Stir and turn out.
Knead 3 minutes (add 1/4 cup flour, if needed).
Divide into 16 pieces and shape into rolls.
Arrange in pan.
Brush with butter.
Cover and place over pan of warm water for 25 minutes.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
